The work of an IT sales professional falls into the two main areas of web design and web development. The sales process involves giving detailed information about technical specifications and the ways in which they could meet a customer's needs. This often includes demonstrating those features/proposal after discovery meeting.


Typical work activities


The role requires significant interaction with clients, which may be face-to-face or over the telephone. Tasks are varied and include:

Sales Professionals are responsible for: 


  • Thriving in a self-motivated environment while selling a productive selection of online services

  • Utilizing our proven sales techniques to assess, qualify and satisfy the needs of every customer 

  • Remaining customer-centric at all times to promote US Web Solution brand and drive sales 

  • Educating the customer about how the features of our products can benefit their business

  • Actively pursuing open customer orders to ensure customer fulfillment and satisfaction 

  • Building and maintaining customer relationships to promote customer loyalty, gain referrals and elevate positive word-of-mouth advertising 

  • Assisting with the meeting set-up and documentation

  • understanding customers' diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs;

  • cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings;

  • identifying and developing new business through networking and courtesy and follow-up calls;

  • preparing and delivering customer presentations and demonstrations of the proposal/offer, articulately and confidently;

  • providing technical advice to customers on all aspects of online business, both before and after the sale;

  • meeting sales targets set by managers and contributing to team targets;

  • networking with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades;




  • High School Diploma

  • Minimum 2 years’ Experience in sales

  • Minimum 1 year Experience in IT sales specifically in Web Design & Digital Marketing

  • 18+ years old or older
